1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Peppi Card. Peppi Card is operated by Dashible, Inc. (“Dashible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peppi Card platform, including our website at peppipay.com, dashboard, APIs, and all related services.

By creating an account or using Peppi Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you are using Peppi Card on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What is Peppi Card?

Peppi Card is a financial controls platform for AI agents. Users load funds into their Peppi Card Account, create virtual cards for their AI agents, configure spending limits (per-transaction, daily, weekly, and monthly), and enable agents to make purchases autonomously through our Just-In-Time (JIT) authorization API.

Peppi Card is a technology platform, not a bank or licensed money transmitter. We facilitate prepaid card controls and policy enforcement. Peppi Card does not extend credit, make loans, or provide banking services directly.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Peppi Card. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for all actions performed by AI agents operating with cards and API tokens issued under your account, including purchases, failed transactions, and policy violations. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Funding and Fees

You may load funds into your Peppi Card Account via supported payment methods (currently PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App). A processing fee of 5% is applied to each load. The card creation fee is $4.99 per agent card, deducted from your Peppi Card Account balance.

Funds loaded into your Peppi Card Account are maintained for your use in accordance with these Terms. Dashible, Inc. reserves the right to modify fees at any time with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. AI Agent Responsibility

You acknowledge that AI agents may behave unpredictably. While Peppi Card provides controls (spending limits, policy enforcement, and JIT authorization), we cannot guarantee that an agent will not exceed intended use parameters. You are solely responsible for:

• Setting appropriate spending limits for each agent
• Monitoring agent activity via the dashboard
• Ensuring agents are configured with valid and current skill files
• All purchases made by agents under your account

Dashible, Inc. is not liable for purchases made by your AI agents, even if the agent behaves in an unintended manner, provided the transaction was authorized by the policy engine within the limits you configured.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Peppi Card to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering activities
• Purchase prohibited goods or services
• Circumvent or manipulate the policy engine or spending controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Resell or redistribute API access or card credentials
• Use the platform to harm, harass, or exploit any person

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of remaining balance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with Peppi Card. including the Aegis Protocol, policy engine, and dashboard. are owned by Dashible, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Skill files generated by the platform are provided for your personal use with compatible AI agent frameworks. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense skill files.

8. Termination

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Remaining balances in your Peppi Card Account will be refunded minus any applicable fees, subject to a 30-day processing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or if required by law. We may also terminate the service entirely with 60 days' notice to active users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peppi Card is provided “as is” and “as available.” Dashible, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashible, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dashible, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your AI agents' actions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except for claims eligible for small claims court or equitable relief. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Peppi Card after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification.
